2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on uq999, you must provide true and accurate information. Each individual may create only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all such accounts being closed and the associated balances being forfeited.

2.2 Account Verification

uq999 may at any time request the necessary documents to verify your identity and age. Failure to complete verification on time may result in withdrawal being suspended or the account being restricted. A national identity card (NID), passport, or other applicable government-issued documents may be used for verification.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.

3. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on uq999 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank Bangladesh). All deposits will be reflected in the account once successfully confirmed. Payments made in a third party's name will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. The withdrawal method must be the same as the one used for the deposit.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on uq999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currencies are not available at this time.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000; if you deposit ৳22,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = after placing ৳30,000 worth of wagers, winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus applies to one account only.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
  • The validity period of an applicable bonus will be determined according to the terms of the relevant offer.
  • If misuse of any bonus is proven, that bonus may be cancelled.
  • uq999 reserves the right to change bonus-related terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

uq999's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. By playing regularly, you can advance to a higher tier and enjoy weekly cashback benefits. Cashback ranges from a maximum of 0.2% per week at the Bronze tier up to a maximum of 0.8% per week at the Diamond tier.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Gaming Restrictions

uq999 offers sports betting, casino games, slots, Teen Patti, and other gaming services. Specific rules apply to each game or betting market, which are detailed on the relevant game page.

5.2 Results & Disputes

Game outcomes are determined by verifiable algorithms and are recorded in the system. In the event of a technical error, uq999 may cancel that round and refund the wager placed. Any disputes must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the transaction.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

  • Any form of fraud, software hacking, or system manipulation.
  • Placing artificial bets for the purpose of bonus abuse.
  • Placing opposing bets on the same event from multiple accounts.
  • Use of third-party betting software or bots.
  • Fraudulent collusion with other players.

6. Responsible Gaming

uq999 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be considered a source of income. Please refrain from betting beyond your means.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any active bonuses at the time of account closure will be cancelled; however, the verified real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability
